Programs Available
Training in Lancaster PA
We have closed our in person gym and have transitioned to online programming for Olympic lifting, Powerlifting, Crossfit, Sports Performance and General Fitness. Eventually we will start accepting clients for personal training at other gyms in the area.
Overall fitness is our goal!
Each class is an hour long and has a warm up, skill movement/ weakness work. Then on to an Olympic lift or a powerlift to build your strength. After that there is a metcon (aka conditioning) followed by a bodybuilding movement. So 3 days of the week will be a powerlift and 2 days a week will be an Olympic lift. Saturdays are all conditioning.
Competitor or recreation lifters and anyone in-between welcome!
We're looking for more athletes to join our barbell club! We want positive individuals that are supportive of their teammates. We compete multiple times a year locally with the possibility of traveling to different states for larger competitions. Our barbell club is an open training format with technique feedback given through an online training group. Message us for more information! We also provide satellite programming for athletes who do not live locally or wish to train at their present gym locally with weekly or monthly sessions with us. If you have no previous experience with squats, presses or deadlifts you may be asked to attend some classes prior to joining the club to get a basic understanding.

Join our powerlifting programming for either powerlifting or for sports performance! We have 2 different programs available in our powerlifting area. Currently they are title program A and program B. A is a mix between conjugate, linear progression and max effort. We use bands and/or chains quite heavily in this program. Program B is similar but we do the speed stuff just without bands/chains.
